Reminders

Reminders work the same way no matter which module a record belongs to — one reminder system, not a separate one per module.

Attaching a reminder

A reminder connects to any record in Orbit — a Sales Order, a CRM Opportunity, an Asset, anything with a detail page — so “follow up on this” works identically everywhere instead of only existing in whichever module happened to build its own follow-up feature.

Snooze & recurrence

• Snooze — push a reminder back by a preset amount instead of dismissing it outright.
• Recurrence — a reminder can repeat on a schedule, rather than only ever firing once.

Where they show up

Due reminders appear in the header bell alongside notifications, and in a dedicated Reminders list for a full account-wide view of everything upcoming — not just what’s due today.
